RE: Williamsburg KOA, Va - reviews

If you check rvparkreviews.com , I think you will find American Heritage RV Park is rated better than the KOA in Williamsburg. There is plenty to do in the area. We just returned from two weeks there and we were never at a loss for things to do or see.

RE: installing a DTV converter with a Video Distribution switch

I was able to connect it using a splitter from the antenna and running another cable from the converter to the video input on my Sony TV. This was all within my overhead cabinets - otherwise it would have been a problem routing the wires. All my other TVs are set up with a converter box that has an analog pass-thru so I don't have that problem.

RE: WillowTree Resort SC

Another vote for Willow Tree. We stay at Ocean Lakes for the beach and Willow Tree for the peace and tranquility.

RE: RV Parking at the National Aquarium in Baltimore

None that I know about. Park the 5er at Wally World and take the truck into the city. :)

RE: Mid-Atlantic Ramblin' Pines Rally (MD) June 19-21 2009

FYI - there is a good kennel within 1/4 mile of Ramblin Pines. The name of the kennel is Shady Spring. Hope this helps.

RE: Has anyone ever stayed at the Fayetteville NC KOA?

We have stayed there several times. It is a great overnight stop for us on the I95 migration. The owners & staff are wonderful, the facility is spotless and the pull-thru sites are long and level.

RE: The Gathering at Gettysburg May 15th-18th, 2008

Chris - Bummer on the DB issue. We had the same problem when we used our raincheck at DB last August, so it is not a new issue. Raining in Lancaster today.

RE: The Gathering at Gettysburg May 15th-18th, 2008

Paul - you are almost correct. Now that I drive slower - I get almost 25 mpg...and being hearing impaired, I don't really hear the horns of the angry drivers behind me. :B:B:B:B:B Bring your rain gear to GB - it looks like a wet weekend.

RE: Anybody delt with Tweety"s ?

I purchased a Progressive Industries Surge/Voltage protection box from them. It was a great price and the transaction went fine. I will buy from them again.
